At Shay Kawaii, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items for store credit. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card to your email address within 5-7 business days.
